The old deck was demo'd, and new expanded deck installed all with pressure treated wood. Job was started within a week and completed within 3 days. Pricing was descent as well.

Rafael oversaw every detail and did most of the install himself. The tear out of the old and the install of the new went as planned and took no more than 14 working days. Installation of everything was respectfully quiet and spot clean which is great because our kitchen is right in the middle of the house! Neighbors said they observed how neat the crew was and how the crew routinely hauled away all the torn out cabinets and daily debris. No dumpster necessary!
